Mirror that's a great idea, take the money as an Amazon voucher. I spend shit loads on Amazon!

The only reason I accepted my guy was because I'd seen him multiple times before. He's a fucking idiot because he knows how good my service is and now he's never gonna get it again.

Yes the cards can be bought in even quite small places and small shops.

Do be aware if bought online there can be a delay, some come through immediately, some take anything from 1 - 12 hours (although I heavily suspect the 12 hour one hadn't been sent, until I advised the booking wasn't confirmed until the card was received and applied to my account).

Once again don't accept screen shots, you need to have received the email and apply it to your Amazon account. Also don't click on the automatic 'thank you' unless it's in your work name and work email address only - because it will go with whatever details/name you have on your Amazon account.

Sorry to hear that Maria, yes sadly it does sound like he's pulled a fast one

I do accept payment by bank transfer but only if it's in my account before arrival (for an incall) or before my setting off (for an outcall). I then transfer it to a separate account just in case.

One thing to bear in mind is that the "up to two hours" rule to receive the transfer, or the "up to 48 hours" rule as a maximum, is to cover the bank in case their systems go down etc. Realistically if a bank transfer is performed you will have that money showing in your account instantly - 2 minutes max. If that doesn't happen you can be 99.99 % sure they've not done it.

I know that doesn't help you now and I'm sorry to hear about your horrible experience.

Maria , I would just take a chance maybe ? Or it's worth considering possibly sending an email or text just very simply and politely saying .

My accountant told me to seek advice as you have obtained services by deception and it is illegal , your number is now online and I have been advised to take further action , this email text has been sent without predudice ( legal term) as advised by a client who is a solicitor.

Therefore if you would like to protect yourself and any further action please forward the amount agreed and I will take no further action .

Her taking action - i.e. suing him - is futile and he probably knows it. UK courts will not enforce sex-based contracts.

Going to the police is an option, and it would help if there were more people complaining about the same man. There doubtless are some others who've been scammed by him.

Hi Ian it was only an idea to send a text/ mail that may or may not put the wind up him that's all not an actual suggestion to bother doing it , he may have a lot to protect ?

First rule of making threats: make sure that they are credible.

'Going to the police' - credible.
'A solicitor says I should sue you' - a few seconds with Google says it's not.

.. for one thing, it's now 'obtaining services dishonestly' (s11 Fraud Act 2006) rather than '.. by deception'.
