Perhaps stop offering it for a while and see how it effects your bookings? Do you find there’s a big difference in clients wanting to top or bottom? If I loathe something I wouldn’t offer it, it’s not healthy both physically and mentally.

I've personally done anal a few times in my life and always found it horribly painful (never done it with clients though), no matter how well you prepare it, maybe it's a matter of habit or maybe sensitivity of that area varies from people to people

Also something I do as an escort that I would never do in civvy life is faking an orgasm.
