yep, dont leave anything of value in your working bedroom or bathroom you dont want to go walkies-yep, some will go through your drawers while you are stashing the cash elsewhere-and do that -never leave your fee in the same room, ive had cash, jewellry clothes, just to my knowledge disapear.
But just as important, never put youself in a position where you can be accused of stealing, ive had two clients (both nice about it though) one couldnt find his wallet, another his wedding ring, (both later rang me to say the ring was on the pavement outside and the wallet slipped down in the car!)-but its not a nice feeling.
My advice is, if you offer a shower, take cash first and stash somewhere else in the house, telling them you are going into another room so you wont be left alone with their clothes if they dont take them with them ,and to shut the door loudly when they are ready and you will return, finally, when they are ready to leave,do the same again if they shower again, and I always escort them down the stairs making a point of saying, "now then, have you got everything, wallet, phone, keys?"-they physically check-its often then they realise if theyve left a watch in the bathroom etc!
