Arrived he asked could he pay by bank transfer "Or I will have to go out to get the cash" (this is in a location where remaining few cash machines have been known to run out/be out of service). My text when I accepted the booking clearly stated amount to pay "cash on arrival", also my website he says he looks at a lot states payment by transfer must be received 2 hours prior to booking. I did accept, making sure it was in my account before starting but from now on I will put this into the text I send when accepting bookings 'if paying by bank transfer transfer must be received 2 hours prior to your booking' . There was another problem too but I won't go into that quite yet.
