hi a while back i read a book titled the 'sacred prostetute - mary magdalene'

for me it was like i found my sisters, :)

has anybody of you read it, heard about it?

I dont believe the idea that Mary was a prostitute though  ???  But then again, I wasnt around 2000 years ago, 2009 years + 40 something ago to be exact

mary magdalene was a priestess of the previous culture, and a very high priestess indeed, as you may not know those previous cultures (where she is from) did include sexual magic and sex in the rites of worship. and it was seen as a highly spiritual aspect

the book as such has not much to do with magdalene herself, it is a book of sex worker in the furthest sense, who are motivated to do the work from an inner calling, and i can absolutely relate to this. and it is pretty much in the way i see it myself and i see my service or myself to be a priestess and/or sexual healer
