The most effective way to tone up pelvic floor muscles

Hi all,

does anyone have any advice, on the best way to achieve great pelvic floor muscles?

Are Ben Wah Ball's any good? or just plain kegel exercises through out the day?

I want to have a super tight pussy, one that I can be really proud of :D It's what brings in the money after all hehe

A physiotherapist told me it's harder sitting than lying down, and harder standing than sitting. Other than that I'd love to know if there was something I could do to make them harder that didn't involve inserting something, since I do them during my general work-out and I get so bored.

(I'm not actually trying to tighten up. Those muscles are important for core strength and therefore good posture.)

What's really good for core strength and subsequently great pelvic floor muscles- are pilates classes- also far more entertaining, atleast I think so. Thing is with the normal kegel exercises, I don't really know how to tell,  if I'm doing them right or not. So I was hoping that, if I just insert something in there, I'd know for sure? '

Yeah, I'm going to try another pilates class. The last one I went to was useless. I still want something simple to do at home, though.

I think it would be pretty hard to get kegles wrong. You just squeeze, and the muscles go around your urethra, vagina and anus without any specific controls so it's about the same thing you'd do if you couldn't find a toilet. If you want to make sure you can do it with a dildo in though; you should be able to feel the resistance.

I do this Benny and you're right it does work (or it must cos I have been told i'm pretty tight down there).  And i've never had to buy Tena Lady so it must work!   ;D  ;D

I find kegels to be very effective. In men, not only does it help us last longer...it also makes our cum shoot further  ;D. I've heard stories about men hitting the ceiling after having very strong kegels. Not sure I can believe that though.

I used to do kegel exercises, but I stopped doing them for some reason. Its no fun to aim for someone's face only to have it end up on the window (just kidding LOL)

I've heard that the kegels alone are great, but that if you introduce resistance.. such as the balls mentioned previously or a gyneflex, it will make the muscles even stronger, I suppose just like any other muscle.
