I'm not escorting, but going to be starting as a pro submissive based in Birmingham, Al in the US soon. I'm a 30 yr old BBW so hopefully I'll be able to get some clients here in the deep south. This forum has been invaluable. So much helpful info.
I don't know if you guys HAVE to hire a web designer or something, but there is a website I use to design and maintain my site, which isn't complete yet (needs pics, which I'm having done soon) but I think looks really nice and professional. Wix is free, but it has banners at the bottom saying it's a free site and you have a default wix.com url. To upgrade so that there are no banners and to use your own url is $111 for the year. It's a very graphical user interface with no coding, it's all drag and drop, so it's really easy to do it yourself instead of paying someone else. Just thought I'd toss that out there for anyone who wants to save some cash on the web designer front.

---Message me if you want the url to my site so you can see what you can do with Wix, it's really worth trying out since it's free. I haven't yet paid to upgrade my site since I'm still not up and running yet, but as soon as I'm ready to start I'll pay for the upgrade. I do have other upgraded sites with them though and it's the best way I've found to design and maintain a site yourself. And I don't work for Wix or anything, it's just good enough that I want to share with others
