A Positive Experience.
« on: 20 April 2015, 09:52:42 pm »
I would like to share with you , that ever since getting a personal trainer changes with my body are noticed plus good for business.  I would recommed, it is good for the body and mind. But bookings might be missed while working out. At first this was a challenge but glad have stuck to it. Also strength is built up. Getting in to a routine helps, most of the time it is in the mornings before start and one in the evening. So not much lost.  Business flows where the energy goes.

Somebody needs to please crowbar a reasonably credible sex work link into this and fast, if it's going to stay up.

MD, I'm glad you're finding training good but this sort of thing really belongs in a personal blog  :).

I wanted to share with others maybe would be of use being helpful. To me this is escort related a useful tool for our wellbeing. What with how stressful escorting can be at times. A release of all that built up tension through training.

Yes can relate as find it addictive it is a different buzz a healthy natural one.

MD, healthy eating is useful for our wellbeing but we don't want threads about it because it's not what the forum is for.

I'll leave it up and then if anybody wants to PM you about it they can, but there's no way any discussion can stay on topic and we already have a tenuously-linked fitness thread so I'm locking it.
