Started Tenancy Today

Good Morning all x

I've got some good news and I'm dying to tell someone!

The lady I was subletting from has retired and I've taken over her tenancy. Today is the first day that the apartment is my place of work and my home. I've been busy cleaning and organising since 7am and can't stop smiling.

The rent/bills aren't much more than I was paying her anyway, and taking into account my travel expenses, I'll actually be saving money  :)

So, just need to put my stamp on the place but I'm not going mad and trying to do it all at once but I'll get there.

It's going well so far (3 days in lol) and I hope it continues to do so.
