Spam texts now also trying to scam.
« on: 14 April 2019, 01:52:52 pm »
Ukescortwomen.com were sending spam texts asking me to join then from same number were spam texts asking me to reverify with Vivastreet.
I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

I've received a few of the texts claiming to be from Vivastreet asking me to verify my advert or something like that.

Me too. I received a text that I'm blocked on Viva and to click on some bogus link.
Strange, as I haven't advertised there in ages.

Vivaads seem to cache or whatever the name is, means there's a sort of ghost there.

I was worried but a ghost is better than a stalker-hacker.  :)

Yes although I know we hear all sorts of tales  ::) and claims  ::) ::) some enquirers are adamant I have a current ad when I do not.

Looked into this a bit and seems there's sort of a trace.

Don't know the exact terms, but if it's creating enquiries who am I to complain?

Strange texts from new advertising site and Viva st ... Maybe a Scam?
« Reply #6 on: 17 April 2019, 12:04:48 am »
I have been getting constant texts about a new site I can advertise. I ignored them as the texts looked dodgy also, im not currently looking for new advertising platforms and I got the feeling they were foreign.

Number is
075073198**

Hello Model,Adult website ESCORT here: www.ukescortwoman.com add your advert and your phone call nonstop. The UKESCORTWOMAN Team!

Then another -

Add your profile escort to www.ukescortwoman.com and possible get more cals.Dont forget to contact Section Support if need help ! The www.ukescortwoman.com Team

I was spammed daily for 2 weeks then silence...
4 days after the last text I received this text from the same number -

Dear customer, your profile Viva has been disable.Go to www.vivastreetunblock.com and make verification for unblock access.VivaUK

I'm thinking it must be a scam? Why would vivastreet be sending texts from that number? Very strange. I would defiantly avoid that site though.

The message relating to your VS account is 100% a scam.

Ha! Exactly the same with me (although not daily), I remember the misspelling of 'cals'. Then the Viva block message.
I wonder if this website is just a phishing trap.

I thought I'll add it to this thread as it's somewhat relevant.

I received a couple of emails from escortbook.com with a new password and a link to click on.
I've never registered on this website.
I didn't click on the link. I emailed escortbook.com to find out if the messages were sent by them.

I’ve had them texts too. I just had a phone call off viva street actually saying their payment was down yesterday and even thought it said payment failed my add had gone through. I don’t usually answer non mobile number but they’d called a few times.

I've received a text yesterday weirdly they are still texting from the same number.
This time it's paypal, there obviously going through a list getting what they can and moving on but really they can't be very clever using the same number for 3 different scams lol

Same number texting claiming to be AW now.
I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

I’ve had emails from them.

Also regularly once a week I get spam emails from xlamma claiming to be the ‘new Backpage’

I only get spam texts if my number is displayed on AW, which is rare

They just text me saying my AW has been suspended. It's up and running fine... what's the point
