Take a look at your diet. All sorts of things can create extra gas.
Keep notes on what you’re eating / drinking and try to identify differences between intake and how bloated/gassy you feel after.
If it happens often, avoid dairy that’s typically a bit trigger for gas.
It’s natural at the end of the day, I’m sure (mature) clients must know what they’re getting themselves into. Especially with watersport sessions.
