Like anything and everything else, provided you make it clear on your ads then you will get punters who are seeking what you are offering - it's not a question of 'not minding' because you're in a perfectly normal, natural state!

Punters who want women to have no body hair won't book, but punters who like it and find baldiness offputting will come in their droves - I trim mine occasionally with the nail scissors and that's it. They like my underarms too - I had many appreciative remarks about them this very last week :D. Nobody has ever run screaming from the room, not even in the States.

I used to shave it but now I leave it au natural lol.

I realised I was only doing it to please others and not because I actually liked it so I stopped.

After all how many guys shave or wax their bits to make it more pleasant for us, so why should we do it just to please them.

I can't agree with this - we are paid to do things which 'please' paying customers and they're under no obligation to do likewise provided that the basic standards of hygiene are met. But it's pointless trying to appeal to everybody - nothing we do is going to change punter's preferences if they feel strongly one way or the other so there's really no sense trying.

The underlying assumption with some seems to be that hairless is 'better' than not hairless, which is hardly the most positive way to approach things, is it? Being bald certainly doesn't please the punters who would much prefer some hair, and they're the people whose opinions matter if you're not going to remove it. Why would anyone care what people who aren't going to book anyway think?

Sorry Amy I should have been more clear, I meant  to please guys in general not just clients.

But like you said there will be guys who like/dont like it either way.

Exactly :).

Every now and again we get threads about whether people who are blonde/brunette/tanned/pale/busty/skinny/tall/short etc etc get more bookings and it's not worth worrying about because there just isn't an answer. Dye your hair or lose weight/have a boob job/get a fake tan/grow your leg hair if you want to and because it makes you happy, not because of what some random strangers may or may not think (which you haven't got any way of knowing anyway!)

You could be the best shag ever in the world, but if you're a short, curvy blonde then the punters who like statuesque brunettes or Black BBWs aren't going to book you. Making the most of what you've got and being comfortable with it all (in my experience at least) makes you far better at your job than somebody who is constantly worrying about whether they should really try to look like Perfect Prossie X who probably doesn't even exist.

I get waxed once a month, two weeks I'm hair free and two weeks I have to allow for regrowth. Some guys like it smooth - and some don't care whatever I'm like down below. I say on my profile when I'm freshly waxed so the decision making is up to the client. Its made things easier for me in term of: I've told you what your getting. The longer im in this industry the more I am aware of this - paint them the full picture and they can't complain x

I really would love to go brave and wax down below sometime. I have had my eyebrows waxed a couple of times and swore blind I was going to punch the beautician :FF

5 minute shave vs 30 minutes wax. We're busy girls :o.

I can't stand having hair so i shave everyday, my vajayjay got used to it really... some clients will comment when i have literally just shaved but the razor burn chills out after an hour

Has anyone considered laser hair removal? It sounds fantastic to have long lasting results and not have to worry about it but it's expensive and I think not permanent. Or the laser gadgets you can buy for use at home, are they effective?

Atm I find shaving easiest but not best results and tend to get razor burn because of work I can't give my skin a break  :-\ Ha, thank god for stockings.

The thing I hate about waxing is that you have to let it grow a little before you can have anything waxed and that would make me feel minging. I shave my full legs, underarms and my little fairy (stole that word from someone today) every single day in the shower. If I miss a day like on my day off, I feel horrible so I just always shave even when I am off.

I use expensive MENS razors which are the Gillette Fusion Power along with Aloe Vera shaving Gel and then when I get our the shower I rub moisturiser on everything I have shaved which keeps me really smooth and not a razor burn or rash in sight.

I remember going to one of my friends houses one nite to get ready for a nite out and she fell out with me (as if it was my fault) because she had been using shitey cheap razors so had razor burns all over her legs which made her fake tan look HORRENDOUS and streaky whereas my legs looked perfect and we had the same fake tan on, she wanted me to wear trousers (on a Saturday nite) cause she couldn't get away with wearing a dress on a light summers nite so didn't want me wearing a dress either.........I refused and she fell out with me for a about a month  ::)

Moral of that wee story is that if you use the right products then maybe you wont have any problems. For all I hate having to shave every day, it literally takes me 5 minutes extra in the shower to do it each day.

I would get laser hair removal but you need to have dark hair for that to be effective as the laser light is attracted to the dark pigment in the hair follicle. Although my head hair is really dark, my body hair is light brown/dark blonde as is my natural head hair.

If you have blonde or white hair, it doesn't work. If you have dark hair then it works a treat and personally I would think the investment in laser hair removal is worth it but then again I spend fortunes on beauty stuff x

There are a lot of home and high street 'laser' options, many aren't true laser. Best results are with Alexandrite, which can remove some fair hair. I'm told electrolysis is better for white or grey.

I very much doubt the home gadgets are effective. Also do no confuse IPL high street 'laser' promises with true Lazer hair removal which is quite different. Best lazer treatment is with proper Alexandrite lazers which are incredibly expensive but do the job properly.
