I watched 'cam' the other night. It's a Netflix film that's about a cam girl who gets her profile stolen. I enjoyed it. I won't give the story away but I think it's worth a watch.
There's quite a few on Netflix. Put sex work related words in the search and a few should come up.

Client list - a program ran for a couple of seasons with Jennifer love Hewitt as a happy ending massage therapist
Confessions of a Brazilian Call Girl - a biography/erotic drama about Bruna the surfergirl an escort who wrote a blog about her work and became a media personality. It's subtitled but its still worth a watch

Ugh I will never stop loving Secret Diaries of a Call Girl. Available on iTunes. And the reason I started escorting in the first place. Damn you Billy Piper!
