When they start their call or message with "hi there, how are you today??? well what is I was wondering if" always a sodding tw and I had three of them today 

I've not found this , I just say yep I'm good thanks and they tend to just say "0h good I wondered if you're free at whatever time / day "

I'm quite happy as I think it's just a little Ice-breaker, not everyone's great on the phone MR GP's rubbish.

I've also had a few 'looking for a genuine woman ' and they're my happy regulars that are really nice .

Just shows we're all different , I'm not hanging up or refusing a booking just because they get their first few words wrong .

It can result in a lot of money for two mins of time.

I have plenty of my own dislikes, 'how much' , 'you working' etc. I think what I'm trying to say is whatever way we look at it there's some nasty girls as well as nasty guys out there, so I don't mind a bit of caution .
To me it says there trying to actually find someone genuine , not a rip off merchant .

Sometimes when I pick up they start in this extremely overfamiliar way that makes me cringe. I once picked up this week and he yells into the phone "hey how is it going?"
I always wait and leave a few seconds of blank dead silence and then reply in my not-that-friendly voice: oh it's going just fine, but do I know you please?
Funny how suddenly they remember their manners. Too late.
