If I don't know them when they ring I always ask who they are calling if they do not address me by my name. If they can't tell me it I suggest they go and take another look at my pages then get back to me. Some do and some don't and I care not a bit. The best men are those who have read a profile and chosen who they are ringing and have some kind of order about them. Nerves or confusion is not my concern, if they can't do it properly I move them along.
