Makes me think maybe some underlying issue..

Everyone has underlying issues  ;D

I agree that the feeling out approach is usually the best way to go about figuring out whether you should tell someone or not. IMO, a guy that can treat you like that for being honest with him, is a dick, and you've had a lucky escape. He clearly can't control his anger. Just think about how nasty he could have gotten in the future if you had a heated argument or something *shudders*

Hello Honey,

I sincerely hope the pain and shock is subsiding.  I'd like to agree with the ladies, without question; you definitely did the right thing in being honest.

Hi,
I too agree with the ladies on the honesty policy, but next time you may wish to time it differently. I tend to tell the guy I am seeing, that I am an escort before we get too intimate, giving him a chance to walk away before we start down that road. Some how once you involve sex in the equation it can cause a rather nasty reaction. So sorry you had to go though this, but I think you may be better off without him.  :-*
