I love Angel and always get some for birthdays & christmas without fail and often get it as a present from  clients who know me well ( but i would never wear it for work as its just way to overpowering and strong )  its a love it or hate it perfume though been wearing it for years

Also love Channel No 5 and Coco Channel  and i like a lot of mens aftershaves  especially the old ones from the 90's like Jazz & Korus ( do they still sell those )

For work i normally use body shop perfumes  and lotions as i find they last for ages and are generally pretty non offensive  for most tastes i tend to go for vanilla or coco butter smells

Such a great and classy choice  :D, could not agree more. But I also love coco chanel mademoiselle (even though I had to google the spelling  :o)x

:D Cant do the quote thing yet but..
Im glad to know Im not the only female who wore mens fragrances lol.
I loved Pi by Givenchy ...its the rich vanilla, honey cocoa butter smell, its so heady and sexy but not a heavy musky note, its absolutely delicious!! I bought two bottles of it and I only realised it was for men when someone pointed out to me but by then my friends started wearing it too..

Another alternative to perfumes are scented oils. You can mix a drop or two of an essential oil into your mosturising cream, butter or oil as a little does go along way. Depending on your preference or mood there are lots to choose from.
So, what she done said was that happy hoes ain’t hating and hating hoes ain’t happy.

I always wear perfume and never thought of how it may be lingering on my client although the married or attached ones do tend to have a shower before they leave. Ive never had any complaints infact I always get compliments about how I smell but I will bear in mind what Amy said.

Since doing this job I put my personal life on hold as far as relationships and dating is concerned so I don't need to worry about aftershave lingering on me.

It is the best for longlevity ...I wish all parfums were such top quality . T.M did a "Garden of Stars " limited ed's of Angel a few years back . I have the "violette angel "and its amazing. I use it very sparingly as its hard to find now. Its that strong that a silk top thats been through the wash STILL smells faintly of violet/chocolate/patchouilli  !!

Tried "Black Orchid" by Tom Ford the other day ....pricey but worth it I think ;) .

Angel lovers may like it , as it shares the choc/patchoulli notes , but its very much its own scent too  , not another Angel clone.

Agree !! I have Pi  too , i don't care what the gender on the bottle is :) Scents are scents , its just marketing hyperbole that dictates femme or homme . Gorg scent , and a better quality nutty vanilla than "Hypnotic Poison " . H.P used to be a powerhouse , but Dior got greedy and H.P and the original Poison are now weak rip offs that aren't worth the Dior price tag. . . . Looking for a good replacement is what led me to Pi .

(  I bought an el-cheapo copy on market other day - "Fatal Snake Hypnotising "  ;). Its actually longer lasting than Diors current HP reformulation. Its a poor do when copys smell and perform better than the real thing. Very happy with my copy for ?4 , scent lasts and is spot on to original H.P , no cheap scent taint once the initial alcohol evaporates .... its even in a dressing table worthy bottle ..............I will try "Fatal Snake" ( Poison copy) next  )

Going to spray some Pi now , yummy ! Love these kind of oriential vanillias in the cold weather - C

La vie est belle by Lancome is my scent of choice. Doesn't last very long, considering how much it is, but it's the most beautiful thing I've ever had the pleasure of smelling

I don't tend to wear perfume for bookings unless it is asked for, but when I am working I wash with mist you madly scented soap and glory though and i find that leaves a gorgeous smell but doesnt transfer to clients :)
In my private life I only wear jean paul gaultier classique... I love the smell and I find that it goes lovely with my shower gel too (pink pepperpod by molton brown) it seems to combine and make this lovely unique scent! :)

Hahaha I sometimes spritz myself with something sexy to cheer my self up..not for anybody else but just for me!! But with clients I will spray just a little bit inbetween and underneath my breasts so I smell nice but the scent doesnt rub off on him.

Also white patchouli by Tom Ford is lovely for daytime wear. That is one that I would not share with a client but would spray on my bedding or shirts and it lasts for ages even after washing.
So, what she done said was that happy hoes ain’t hating and hating hoes ain’t happy.

A lot of clients dont want you to wear perfume for obvious reasons, the body shop do nice body sprays that aren't as pungent aa perfume

I was wondering if any of you use your usual perfume for work or if you have separate ones for work and personal life. When I went to the swinging clubs I used a different perfume than my usual favourite. It was still one I liked but a cheaper brand, in fact it was an Avon one. I still liked it but to me it represented the club. As soon as I put it on I felt ' in the zone' if you like. I have decided to use something different again for escorting to help me do the same as far as mind set is concerned. Keeping my absolute favourite for my personal life and for myself and my partner. Do any of you do this or maybe you don't use any.

I find guys like you to smell nice but not too strong as the smell can linger and go on to them.

I shower and use deodorant but no scent or eau de toilette as that is what my clients prefer.   Many girls are the same.

Its just another part of being discreet.  What would you think if you smelt a strange perfume from your man?

Beauty is nothing to do with having a pretty face.
It is about having a pretty mind, a pretty heart,
And most importantly a beautiful soul.

Hmm yes that's a point. Do they actually say that? I can see that would pose a problem, a bit like lipstick on your collar.

NEVER use perfume, unless specifically asked for. Just smell clean and fresh, with a bit of deoderant and a bit minty from your toothpaste/mouthwash.
