Yes indeed, I've never turned down a guy for being too small,
unlike the 'big' guys...All I can say is 'ouch'!
Let go of my ears! I know what I'm doing!

Gosh! Today  all my bookings have finished early due to client coming before end scheduled time and not wanting anything else. Two of them were short bookings anyway, both were on way home from work so think had to get back to domestic anyway ;)

Hmmmmmmm, but this is the one that really got me.

I had a booking for 8 pm. the guy said I sounded nice and that he was really excited. Good start , I think.

By ten past 8 no show  and phone off so I inform him that I am about to blacklist his number.

Okay, then  an hour later I get a message saying that he is really really sorry but  he had a problem at home and he had had a terrible evening and was it too late to see me now.

I had guessed as much;  but  anyway he rings me and my gut isnticnt telles me to answer.  He apologises again and says he can be there in 20 mins. Something in his voice tells me ms to give him another chance.

My usual policy is fine to have a problem etc not fine not to inform me , by the way.

So I do, but in sternest voice possible I make it clear that this is his final chance and that if he does not show then his phone number will be blocked and I won't take any more bookings.

Okay, so he shows up and he seesm very very nervous. I think maybe he is acsred of me due to the stern voice i uses. I ask him if he is okay, explain why I have to be stern like that and try to reassure him. He still seems nervous and keeps apologising for  having not shown up earleier.

Okay, so we continue with the booking but nothing happens. He remains flaccid no matter what I try. He gets all flustered and embarrassed and again I try to reassure him.. I say it is just one of those things it happens and the more you concentrate on it the less anything will happen.( as he keeps assuring me he is really concentrating)

Then he admits he bricked it earlier this is first booking ever, that he is nervous, that he can't do this and he is going to get dressed.  I say okay etc etc. He says is something wrong with me as  he is dressing I tell him  that no, maybe he has a lot on his mind .

I really did not feel that I could charge him the whole hour. I just couldn't so I refunded the money minus a cancellation fee.  :-\

About this idea of refunding guys money just because they finish earlier/are awkward etc - why?

I mean it's not just time they are paying for.
Prostitution - now I want it my way.
Or no way.

I do not refund any guy that finishes early and chooses  not to stay for more.

I have a disclaimer on my website saying  that if there is a cancellation after I or the guy turns up then  I will still expect a ?50 pound cancellation fee.

The point of this, is to deter people from thinking that they can just visit me change their minds and leave for free and vice versa.

I find this works; most TWS  are those wanting  a freebie or a discount. Paying ?5o quid  just to look at me and do nothing else is hardly  worth it as they are looking for a discount plus service. So most clients don't try it.( In fact, one of my regulars had to cancel his last booking with me due to unforeseen circumstances. He  felt so bad that  he   insisted on paying me my cancellation fee  as well as my usual rates on his next visit.)

The booking I posted about was really a non starter as I have explained. We  did not really get into doing anything as nothing happened. He decided , of his own accord and by his own admission that he was  too embarrassed to stay etc etc and got dressed. So effectively he cancelled the booking.

Not being able to get a hard on is hardly trying it  or chancing  one's arm . We did not even make the half hour mark, for which I would charge more than ?50 pounds anyway.

On your website it says half hour is 80.  My policy is if they turn and run straight away, ( no touching etc), and I can get a cancellation fee - no worries.   I think mainly they just want to go before handing over the cash - either as a look see or a nervous bunny.

If they have started, ( but not finished) as yours seemed to I might have handed back the difference between and hour and  half hour if they had asked, (and I had wanted to encourage them back), but not this time where he had messed you about earlier.  He would not have been a "client" that I would have wanted to encourage back.
