I have a phone client (who THINKS he wants to book me when I head down by him but I reckon I know better.) Anyway, every time he phones (and I learned not to answer his calls so he has to call through the site to get what he's after) he cannot-- for the life of him-- remember my name!!
The fact that this irritates me is amusing...as it's not even my name, really... So, then I laugh at myself and my passing irritation.
