It's like... impossible (yea I know the legal implications)

But to find a girlie who
A. Wants to house share
B. Is chill to just chill out in between
C. Wont fuck you over
D. Will split the bills

and a bonus
E. Will take your calls when your not at the phone and visa versa

I've got a 6 month period before I try my new job where It would be nice to have a roomie. Suppose you have to be mates outside this job in the first place don't you? I have one friend but she has a kid so she wasn't jumping to the idea what with moving away from her childcare, is there like a craigslist for escorts wanting to house share XD

Even if A-D were possible, I would freak out at E  :'(
Lack of trust that is!

I know how you feel! I definitely wouldn't move in for 6 months unless I knew the girl really well, and even then I'd be hesitant due to legal implications. my name on lease = me running a brothel = possible prosecution.
I'd have to be best friends before I'd trust another lady to answer my phone, even if it was just to let them know to call back later. got an auto reply app instead  ;D

I have a feeling an arrangement like this which works well would take time to find the right lady and get to know each other. try posting on boards here, or if you want to push the boat out - organise a local WG meet up? I'd attend one of those if there was a safe and discrete way of meeting. my local fetish group organises meet ups usually in pubs, they email the day before to tell you how to find the right group. Look for a red map on the table etc.

the risks are living with a WG who doesn't respect house rules; dirty, steps on your toes, clients at all sorts of hours, undesirable clients, doesn't be careful with giving the address etc. I'd be very cautious jumping into such a trusting arrangement x

Maybe I can offer my room as a part time incall place for my bezzie. Doubt i'd be able to fully split the bills with her if she's not around but any money for a room that is going to be my guest room anyways is good and would be nice to have a buddy around. She does have an awful screening process so I wouldn't let her take my calls. I'll have to put my foot down on some of the characters she entertains, wouldn't want them in my house, she's new and will learn how to screen. Maybe with my interveening if I overhear the phone calls like hand signals haha.

I had a friend working in my flat many years ago and was going to give out full address to guy who said he didn't have mobile.  I nearly had a hairy fit, fortunately she was sitting beside me at the time and I managed to tell her "no". She wasn't a happy bunny and stripped that she had lost a booking cos she couldn't give out address.  My answer was simple "tough", my flat, my rules. Don't like, get out and get your own.

Safety is paramount in our business and I didn't give out flat number till I saw them park up outside building.
Beauty is nothing to do with having a pretty face.
It is about having a pretty mind, a pretty heart,
And most importantly a beautiful soul.

Dont forget possible jealousy either. How do you know business will be as profitable for her as for you?
Can she cope with you earning more and vice versa?

I would never share long term with any one ever again,
I had a working flat back along, i met a lady off AW, to this day we are still best friends.
During the tenancy her relationship broke down and decided that she was done with escorting.
I could hardly force her,
so anyway found 2 other ladies, and that they were really nice, still speak to them now,
but sharing a flat with 2 other girls and only one bathroom.
3 sets of clients equals 3 sets of noise no matter how much you respect each others space.
Clients bumping in to each other on occasions, clients needing the loo and having to wait cos someone was in the shower.
so there was that side of it,
and then things started to go down hill for one of the girls and she just wasn't pulling in the money and between 3 of us rent was cheap!
So us 2 were lumbered with paying the rent council tax etc,
then she decided she was going to leave as well, so thought would let out on a daily rate.
1st lady was lovely and respectful.
Did her tour and left.
However this is what put me off,
a highly rate aw lady, loads of feedback,
came to stay.....
kept walking in to my room whilst i was with clients without knocking.
really loud, i had an over night, and she decided to get drunk and make a ton of noise, with all windows open. basement flat, so neighbours would have heard.
amongst other things.
icing was on the cake, when i saw her cutting up her cocaine, any way that was the end of that and since then i have been working from home, other peoples place through here and aw, plus hotels.
please please be really careful when taking up a tenancy with someone else!

I have yet to trust anyone enough to share my living space. In my parlour days I shared work and living space with some other girls. They were seemingly nice girls however their actions got worse . Desperation for money some resorted to stealing food and clothing, lying, playing off one another to the madam. I could go on and on. Jealousy and bickering is the least of your troubles, safety issues when they bring in strange clients and letting the front door open :FF. And no I would't do it again, its a nice thought though

Everyone I've allowed to use my space has been a nightmare.
Jealous, paranoid, disrespectful, rude, timewasting and petty -
but seemed professional and stable at first.
Bar 1 and we lived on tour for a year before she used my crib.
Choose carefully...

It is interesting to read all of your experiences of sharing a working flat! I have just got mine and was considering lwtting another girl use it on the days I don't work but

1. I would be too paranoid about being done for brothel keeping as it is my name on the lease
2. I am fairly OCD about cleanliness and would need someone who has the same standards as me or else I would go mental
3. Would worry that the girl wasn't as particular as me in regards to safety and booking procedures

I am glad I can across this post. Now I would rather just oay the full rental cost and have it empty on my days off. Thanks ladies :)

You can still find someone decent to share with,
Just have to be careful.
Like me, I only go to a room for the day and am gone by 7pm at absolute latest.
I have a partner and kid so don't involve myself with drama.
also when you are joint tenancy and someone leaves possibly without paying council tax, you are held liable and could end up paying someone else's share- as some girls just aren't bothered tbh.

It doesn't take long to suss out someone's working habits! Xx
