I’ve started saying weird things to people and my friends that I say to clients when I take bookings etc. Sometimes I don’t realise I’m doing it until after I’ve done it.

One of my friends who knows what I do said I said something the other day on the phone that seemed really strange and then she clicked it was probably work related.

I also text a girl the other day who I haven’t been friends with for long saying, “it’ll be a pleasure to have you back” when we were talking about meeting up again. She must have thought it was so strange.

I also keep talking about screening potential dates and I also now have a ‘text me on the day and see if I’m free policy’ for anyone who lets me down for plans last minute, just like I do with clients.

I never give people my door number for my address either. I naturally give them the road and tell them to ring me when they’re outside.
