Can I ask how semi is semi permanent?

If it will wear off in a few months that is ok but I would not advise the permanent option.

I had this done 3 yrs ago and still doesn't need a top up.

If I remember rightly you are tender for a few days and are given a antiseptic Vaseline to apply every day for 2wks. Think I had a week off or just saw regulars that didn't mind me not kissing or oral for a week.

Also had to drink out of a straw and avoid citrus and spice till healed.

I only had the lip blush, which is a liner that blends into your lip color so I don't have a lip liner effect just a more defined lip line... If that makes sence!
