Just looked at this topic again (was busy when I posted my last reply) and here are some recommendations:
What foundation gives coverage and does not block pores? I have run out!
Clinique foundation is great coverage, and all the formulations are good, just make sure you choose the right one for your skin type (the sales assistants can help you with this)
Also I recommend putting liquid foundations on with a spackling brush (can be bought from Boots or MAC) -they give an airbrushed look and are really easy to use. Also always use a primer, the best foundation primer is Smashbox Photofinish Primer in the original formula, it will honestly change your life! (You can buy it from Debenhams website or QVC.
An update - Benefit waterproof eyeliner is not waterproof!
Within an hour I had smudges under my eyes.
Back to the drawing board.
There is a fantastic product called Primer Potion by Urban Decay and it basically stops your eye make up moving. The best gel eyeliner out there is by Bobbi Brown (much better than Mac Fluid Line), looks amazing and won't move, and if you are looking for a product for your waterline try smashbox's jet set eyeliner. It is pretty much the only thing that stays put on the waterline.
In regards to mineral make up, most brands do it now, and bare essentials is supposed to be brilliant. I just can't be doing with loose powder though, I always spill it! If you are going to get mineral make up, apply using a kabuki brush so that you can buff it into the skin properly.
The best concealer for under eyes is touche eclat by YSL, but its not great for blemishes or scarring. MAC's studio fix concealer is also good for the odd spot etc.
