Is this just me ....
« on: 04 March 2017, 10:43:43 pm »
I'm sorry this isn't the most ladylike thing . And it might be as I'm VERY new to the industry. But righT before each booking I get the biggest urge to poo....like when I get the booking I'm like yep cool that's fine . Then 10 min before I urgently need to go . I told my friend and she was like it's like dogs . Flight or fight mode . You have to go because you're either scared or you wanna go toilet so
You're lighter and can fight .

Either way I really wish it would stop. I don't feel as fresh for the booking

Lol. Re the linked thread, I don't need to poo (but I'm on that many meds that I'd love to just random poo without eating my entire weight in fibre rich food), but I will always leave stockings until the absolute last 5 minutes. I have to be one of the most clumsy, non-graceful people and if I wore them with the rest of my outfit, I'd ladder them just looking at them. I've torn 60+ denier tights, fuck knows how, so 10-15 denier stockings would have no chance - I treat them like precious artifacts even if they are Primark/H&M.

But re pooing, I have those wet wipes for my periods instead of regular TP to feel cleaner? I don't know lol I've never went before a booking.

It is a neuro-vegetative reaction caused by stress. With experience, you will be less stressed and things will get better.

You can also practice swimming every day, this really helps to calm down and regulate the intestines.

I was like this for my first few weeks (I've always been a Stress Shitter) then it got better.

I used to keep a pack of Immodium Melts in my bag and as soon as I got a booking I'd just take two.

I don't feel the need to poo but it's sod's law that sometimes I'll get the urge to do a massive trump as I am waiting for them to approach the door! :o

I really hate it when you have that 50/50 thing about needing to do a number two about 10 minutes before a booking!

Oh the dilemma of needing a poo prior to client- what if it's a long one you can't finish in time, what if it's really stinky, can you hang on til booking over?!

Also (confession time) my loo is a bit rubbish and sometimes it takes 3-4 flushes to get rid of everything (and I assure you I have normal sized poos) so can be traumatic making sure evidence has gone!

It's stress related. I wake up around 7:30am every day because I need solid 2hours to "poo myself out", pee as much as I need and get to functional. I won't start or leave mine unless I know I'm done with my number 2 for the day  :FF

When I get longer bookings in the morning I make sure I don't eat anything too heavy on my stomach the evening before and have rather tea than coffee. It still happens to me from time to time that I have to poo once I'm ready and the client is 3 min away. If i see I'll be running a few min late I just text them say I got a "outfit malfunction" and just please give me a couple of minutes more. They don't mind if it's less than 5 minutes and it gives me enough time to wash and clean the toilet (I'm a bit pedantic about my toilet lol).

I always, always always have to pee last minute. I drink a huge quantity of water every day and I need to pee a lot. I know I'll have to pee last minute so basically I have my stockings and bra on, the rest is ready on my bed. Once I'm done peeing and washing myself (again), I need 1 more minute to jump into the rest of my outfit.

It's a routine question really and you'll get there. What took me 30 min when I started now takes me 10 minutes because it's become automatic (you just prepare and go through the motions without even thinking) and you'll get hold of it. Yesterday I had a guy in my street already and i still had to pee and finish my makeup, I pulled it off because I now know how to optimise every second when getting ready. All you need is practice and you'll stress much less :)

Flush as you poo. Don't wait until the poo sits down there but flush "while at it" so it goes away and smells less. I spray with Mr Muscle (or any other) right after and that helps too. I don't use those scented sprays to mask odours, but I have one there so they can use it. For my use I got the one that is automatic every 30-45 min so the bathroom smells nice already and I'll press on that Breeze thing more if necessary. If it's really bad I take mouthwash and splash it all over the sink, that brings a touch of menthol.

I never yet had to poo during a booking but that's because once I'm focused on my client I forget my body functions. What kills me is a punter who arrives at mine and goes to poo directly and won't bother spraying after. And that bloody spray stands right there under their eyes.

I know the link will not click on to work but paste it. The latest television commercial which I thought was a joke. No idea if it works but might give it a try if it is in Sainsbury's  ;D

I always have the bathroom window near the loo open unless it is sub-zero outside, and I only close it just before a client arrives if it's chilly. I use the Febreze blossom and breeze air freshener if necessary, as it's a nice, light fragrance. I always think circulating fresh air is the healthiest option in a bathroom though.

Another thing I do, no matter how recently I've had a shower, is have a quick gypsy wash (front and back) with a flannel and warm lightly soaped water just before the client arrives.

This is what I always do too but had no idea it had a name!  ;D

Yes this often happens to me and its always happens 5 minutes before he's due to knock the door. It could be the morning bucket of coffee I've just drank or it could be internalised stress of meeting a new punter, it doesn't happen with regulars.
