I have had this type of thing happen a number of times. The worst was when I had a wheelchair bound client visit me, which took weeks to prepare due to various accessibility issues of work premises. We discussed the booking in full. He wanted strap on, assured me that he could move certain aspects by himself etc. When he finally arrived, it was evident that he could not move at all. He told me I had to lift and drag him about. And here's the kicker.... He then told me it is likely that he will shit himself. Especially during strap on.

I am a very empathetic person but NO WAY was I dealing with that, especially when he had ample opportunity to tell me these things and purposefully waited until he arrived.

I think a lot of men withhold information because they know we'd refuse to see them otherwise. Very disrespectful.

I have two regulars who've been known to leak/dribble a bit, both having had surgery for prostate cancer and both are probably lucky to be alive. Putting a towel down isn't the end of the world and it's not as if they're spraying piss around the room like a fire hose - the problem I see here is that the punter was smelly and rude which neither of the men I mentioned have ever been, and I wouldn't have dealt with him without a good wash either.

So I'm a bit confused.

At the end of a booking with a regular I spied him slipping a pad into his underpants, the client does have all sorts of health issues but nothing has ever indicated incontinence to me. Never yet experienced urine dribbles, I do have clients who have been through prostate issues, operations etc but all seems to have retained control.

I can see exactly why they want to book us.It's for the same reason as why our other clients book us because they are horny or just want some female company but i do feel they should be honest then we can be honest about what we are willing to provide in terms of the services we offer.Few of us are going to be up for OWO with a guy who is incontinent or leaks blood in his come when he is after CIM for example but other services would be ok. This. The point is they should provide us with all the necessary information so we can decide whether to do the booking based on knowing all the facts. Some will refuse, some will accept, but it's surely better all round to be refused at the arranging stage than when you're actually in an escort's house dribbling urine and expecting OWO?

At the beginning of the booking he was very nice which is why I did not end the booking there and then but as the booking progressed he started pushing for services that no sex worker would want to do (I do not want mouthful of during during owo).
