I think i'm suffering from burn-out, ADD, or amnesia
« on: 22 November 2010, 09:27:53 pm »
I think I have come to the conclusion that I have lost my mind from being in the road for 3 months:

Yesterday, when I was pulling my suitcase out of the trunk...somehow I dropped like 15 pieces of clothing with underwear, shirts, sweater...onto the parking lot pavement and did not even realize I did it until this morning when I noticed I had some clothing missing. Like, ALOT of clothing missing.

So I go to the front desk of the hotel and they had my clothing in a large blue bag...but Im still missing a shirt and a sweater that I'd just purchased.

I need to get medical treatment  :'(

Well it can't be amnesia unless you were either drunk when you dropped your suitcase or hit your head at some point.

thats the thing....it was broad daylight and I hadn't had a single drink that day. Like, when I pulled my suitcase out the trunk, if that many clothes fell out I should have seen it with my own eyes. I cant believe I missed it. I noticed the bag was open right before I walked inside the building and then I zipped it back up.

Yes but what I am saying is that it medically can't be amnesia unless you are either suffering with brain damage or were drunk.

Whatever it is, its really worrying me and Im feeling one of these days Im going to just lose everything because Im so forgetful! And I bet the housekeeping seen those 2 shirts and thought, "wow, I like this...I'll keep it for my son"

But Im thankful to God because I had my favorite underwear on the ground too along with some shirts. I cant believe I was so stupid, ARRGGHH!

then again, when I think about it...I used to work at a grocery store and resturaunt. I remember once a lady left her $400 Prada hand purse in a shopping cart with all her info in it. Like literally, it was in plain view and I guess she just forgot it was there.

Another time, a girl left about $90 in cash and her purse under the chair in a KFC.

I wont say exactly what I did with it...but these days, I would never claim an item that isn't mine. Perhaps this is some kind of karma from years ago when I was just a little teen  :-[
