Single again!
« on: 05 October 2016, 11:20:04 pm »
Well the finance didn't work out. Not due to the job but unfortunately due to his mental health issues which along with my own were just insurmountable. 6 weeks now and I'm getting there. Getting back to the old me, the me I liked. Looking forward, making plans. Having money again as I can work again properly and he's not spending it all!

Was quite apprehensive about taking new clients again as have only been seeing regs for practical reasons for a good few months now but he presto, last couple of weeks have had some lovely new clients, 2 under 25 (had been considering putting a lower age limit but mind changed now) and so feeling really good. Usual crap from TW's and been quiet but then I need to get back into updating adverts, showing I'm available etc. And I seem to have more patience - ie not getting so provoked by the tw's and wankers -  like it's 'here we go again'. Back in the saddle I'd say. Well certainly up to a trot, working my way up to a canter. Galloping has never really been my thing.

Just thought I'd share. Onwards and upwards I say! And lovely to be back in the forum  8)

Good for you  :D
My BF moved out so I have more time and space to work, it's a nice feeling.

Aww, good for you honey. I have just recently been through a breakup for similar reasons, so I know exactly what you're saying  :-* It does get better after a while and I'm glad I have work to take my mind off things  :)
