Yes, its amazing what having a lovely suite as a backdrop can do for your photos!
I myself just had an awesome booking with a true gentleman. He made a 3 hour outcall booking a week in advance. I was very skeptical at first; in my experience 99% of long bookings made in advance tend to be from timewasters who want to talk about what they're gonna do to you and how they're gonna do it in great detail every day in the week running up to the actual booking, then a few hours before said booking low and behold- surprise of all surprises... Work has called them/family member has died or is in hospital/car has broken down/the dog ate their bus... However this guy turned out to be genuine. He was polite and respectful, at the start I was worrying about what on earth we were gonna do for 3 bloody hours but we clicked so they flew by.
Anyways towards the end of our time together he said "Can I see you for an overnight tomorrow evening?" I said yes of course, then he totally shocked me by saying-
"I'm not paying ?750 for an overnight though!? my heart just sank and I was totally shocked; he didn't seem the type to haggle. He must have seen the shock on my face because he then said-
"I'll give you a grand because you're worth more than 750 and I've enjoyed your company" Now usually a comment like that would grate on me as it would come across as arrogant and/or condescending but I 100% believe he didn't mean it in that way. Also I've been to loads of bookings and the guys started talking about how he's gonna be booking me for tomorrow and I've taken it with a pinch of salt and treated it as its turned out to be- as bravado.
So what started out as a suspected fantasist turned out to be a lovely, genuine gentleman. Its nice when you get one of the diamonds in the rough xXx
