Now 22, independent, ( i love being independent ) and i'm hoping to rich my goal until 25 ( hopefully ).

What did you not like about parlours? For me it was the part where the client chooses it was always a bummer not getting picked. Independent is definitely better.

Lol! It's just because when I worked in parlours the younger and prettier a girl was the more popular she seemed to be. It's good to know thats not the case independently.

There's also less competition, partly because many use a younger age.

It's great so far 😊 I don't see many guys as it's not my main source of income, but it's an interesting sideline. I know what you mean about hooking up, it loses its appeal when you know you can get paid.

I was 18, now in my early 30s, but have just come out of a 4 year break. I’ve notice over the years that women seem to either come into this business as new adults, late teens etc or post 35, after maybe kids grown up and or divorced etc  I’ve met fewer women who start somewhere in between. This thread is confirming that trend to me, although of course I know many will sit outside of that.

I think with the age thing or any kind of niche, being indie is easier because men who are either looking for ‘niches’ are more likely to look for indies but also men who don’t have a set agenda but just like to research around for someone who strikes them as interesting, individual. Brothels and agencies appeal more to men who don’t want to research much but still want their expectations to be met, so that dynamic works better for those with more conventional, singular tastes. I’ve used this metaphor before but it’s the difference between researching around for an eclectic cosy bistro and making reservations and just rocking up at a Nando’s, not wanting to take much of a risk and knowing broadly what you’re going to get.

like you're saying the fact that they have to choose from all of us and you don't have the nicest feeling when you're not "the one" ) and the girls there, not so friendly especially with new girls like me... plus the fact that i was late in one day and the owner called me telling that if i'm gonna be late ever again she will not give me any working days and i was like you know what i'm making money for you so fuck off beeing late 5 min is not gonna harm someone and i just left with no regrets

Yeah I'd never do it again unless I really had to do a shift or two to make quick cash even then I'd avoid it like the plague tbh plus the prices are really cheap you'd end up with like £40 from a half hour booking, just shit lol.

i was young and naive when i started in a parlour and wanted to be popular with the regulars, so when clients used to tell me that they usually picked certain girls because they offered certain services i to decided to offer them as well.  if these girls did offer them or not i dont know as not many of them would speak to me

OMG this worked at two parlours in greater Manchester that are still goin strong and the most popular girls from both (who were raved about on online forums) I had clients telling me they did bareback and asking if I'd do it too as so and so does. I thought yeah no wonder they are so popular. One of those girls still works now the other retired a few years ago.
