Another needy one has been on my case, really getting on my nerves now. Booked 2h for tomorrow, and keeps sending e-mails, trying to make sure it's still on, describing what he'd like to do, you know the type. I would normally have blocked him by now, but he does have very good feedback, plus he sounds lovely and normal on the phone. He's an older man, and I found that some of them can be a bit of a pain with all the questions, especially if they're new to this. I ignore his messages, hopefully he will get the idea.
It's a bit frustrating when you have to remind yourself to stay calm and polite, because at the end of the day there's nothing (well, apart from the fact that he's clearly bored) wrong with the guy and he seems genuine. You don't want to put him off but it really takes some effort!
