I'm exactly the same - I don't know why they do it, and I honestly don't think they realise how offputting it is. I once, against my better judgement, took a booking from a bloke calling himself 'facialspunker' (I know) and was dreading it to my core all morning, but he turned out to be a perfectly nice and civil gent who even wrote me a nice FR. He has no idea how close his email came to going straight in the bin.

Its reminds me of a guy who once rang to book on the day and said he had sent a booking request on AW (i didn't see it at the time as no internet connection in the incall place i was working) He came along, was perfectly polite and unassuming and booking was fine. When i got home i checked AW to discover that his AW nickname was 'Throbbing gristle' If i had known that in advance i would probably never have agreed to see him yet he was fine in person!
Suffice to say though his gristle wasn't particularly throbbing, nor very gristly either come to think of it
