Yes just had a phone call from someone asking for 'details', who was already in my phone as "already had details many times". He's been phoning me every 3-6 months for I think 5 years now, acts as if we've never spoken before.

My phone was blowing up last night from midnight until 6am, 4am was primetime-- yeah, it's 4am come on over. I HATE guys that text at that time and if you call and wake me up you're gonna get my wrath! Some guy did just that at 5:05 and I was so annoyed from people calling that I answered and went off at him and he sounded terrified. Normally I turn it off after midnight and back on when I wake up but I had to use it as an alarm so was stuck leaving it on all night....

You might be able to turn the call/message ringer off without affecting the alarm, I know mine works when on silent.

Try putting on silent and then setting the alarm for say 5 minutes time and see if it goes off

My mobile alarm still works when it's turned off - turns itself on at alarm time.

Are you sure yours can't do this? Or at least use your personal phone for alarm.
