BTW voicemail can be turned off or not even activated, whatever type of phone being used. It's a service 'on the line' not in the handset.

I find flight mode on the new phone very handy, stops calls, texts, emails, twitter et al whilst keeping morning  :D alarm clock active.

Man on AW over a week ago wanting to book me for a day and time early next week. When the discussion began I didn't realise we had already have a dozen message ping pongs which was far too much.

So he messages today saying he still wants to see me on that day and would I send my postcode. Pardon? At this point I'm thinking after having reviewed the earlier messages he's likely a "no" and I want him to call so I can suss out what's going on and block his number. So I ask him to call that day. "Forget it. Please accept my apologies for wasting your time." So a fantasist who was stringing things along or creep and maybe even a no show/postcode collector.

I try to be helpful but by God some can be a trial or think we're idiots.
