I had no words

A client I'd never met or contacted before was texting about a specific slot tonight, I told him to call to book which he said he would. Unfortunately for him someone else called and booked that slot, so I texted him to apologise and say I couldn't do it anymore. He then went on to have a go at me for not reserving it for him 

So many guys want to arrange over text and say they will call and never do. If I reserved bookings like this I'd lose out all the time!

I had this one too when touring. I have stopped reading in the middle of this bollocks.
Even if booking would go through I wouldn't remember his scenario. He would have to pay me for an extra hour to remember what he wants. Yes I am thick and too busy to remember complicated requests.
