Title: Has anyone ever turned anyone away cos they just looked horrendous?
Post by: Funkymonkey on 27 April 2018, 11:04:33 am
I kind of feel bad but I'd rather turn him away than give a shit service and take his money. He called 20 mins early which was already annoying then he was just blabbering on about going round the roundabout again, like I don't care. You know when they just sound like a weirdo on the phone. Gave him the street name then saw him toddling down with a huge belly and fishermans hat. Text: sorry I can't do booking now. First time I've done that. Text a reg to tell him to come round instead. I'm a bitch but if it gets to the point where I'm feeling disgusting and only doing it for the money I need to get out of this business!

If he hadn't been an idiot, you probably would have overlooked his physical appearance.

I once had a very obese man show up almost barking/grunting with every panting breath. He was sloppy, dishevelled, and grubby. His fingernails were long and dirty. His hair was greasy. I didn't have the balls to turn him away but I wish I could have: his personality was as unappealing as his appearance. Someone without enough self respect to be clean won't have respect for others, either.

Yes, I turned someone away at the door once purely on looks. Covered, literally covered in dirt and could smell him from the moment I opened the door. Hair was hanging in greasy clumps and looked the kind of dirt a quick shower wouldn't fix, to make it better he was wearing an ancient hoody and jeans with torn up cuffs. I will see people if they look like they are a bit dirty from work and just need a shower if my location allows because can't really help where you work but this was vile. He looked like he had climbed out of a swamp then slept in a field, resembled the crazy smelly man you edge away from on the tube. Made my skin crawl and no way could I have touched him let alone anything sexual.

I don't usually care what people look like or wear but just a big nope to swamp people.

Euuurgh treetop! Gag! Fair enough a lot of clients aren't exactly people I'd shag for free but yeah it was his weirdness on the phone that put me off and I considered not even giving my street but when I saw him I thought 'yeah there's no saving this one'. Go with gut instinct, should have sacked him off when I first thought it!

another one because he sent a picture, he looked like a drug dealer...i did not made the booking even he was polite and allowing to pay a deposit. ;D
just 2 time in 3 years. generally i do not mind about apparence!

I have to say no, I have not. I don't think I ever would either. Someone being unclean or unhygienic is one thing, or if they make me feel threatened or worried... but I cannot imagine turning someone away just based on their looks. As long as clients are respectful and clean and discreet, not much more concerns me really.

Personally I think that was very rude. He may have just been excited about the booking or perhaps a bit nervous. You should never judge by appearance. As long as they are polite and respectful what’s the issue. Not every client you meet will be gorgeous but they can be really lovely people.

I swear I have shagged guys who look like Jesus identical twin, Quasimodo, Hitler and a few who looked like kiddie fiddlers.  When I first began working I would cringe at some guys, but with time and experience and a good imagination, it's what their money looks like that matters to me.

As long as they are respectful and clean I will see them even if they have two heads, 3 arms and no legs And battered by every branch of the ugly tree.

Yes I did. He claimed to be 62 but looked as 99 years old. Had mobility problems and was extremely arrogant. I will do saafe warning on him soon as he's turned up to be another stalker and sent me over 100 messages  within 2 days, found my real name and been lurking around my flat.
Also he's been trying to see me for more money and promising good punting review. I told him stick his money and review to his arse.
I had to involve UM and police to make him stop. Only because I turned him down!

Once from my window came the most horrible and ugly man I have ever seen in my life, fat, dwarf his head came to me in the middle of my chest and I wanted him to enter my house because I felt sorry, but his smell was horrible because it was not hygienic, fortunately it turned out that he told me that he had forgotten the money home .... !!! wow breathe strong when he left ', it would definitely be a nightmare if it was genuine ....
Actually if they are very ugly I do not care, but when they are stinky if I get very upset ...

battered by every branch of the ugly tree.

:D

I've seen a guy a couple of times in London who is Chinese and his head is literally square, he looks like a stereotypical Triad thug. His looks don't put me off but he is a heavy smoker and I find that really off-putting. Even though he has a shower on arrival and uses mouthwash, by half hour in the smell returns because he's literally sweating it out.

I have only turned people away on the phone if they sound weird or rude . In person I asked some one to leave once because they were  a time waster and was asking me loads of stuff not handing over the money they were shown the door. If there clean and polite I have no problems with looks none of them have ever been my type had a couple of heavily tattooed gents but they make me feel all nervous when a client looks like my type of guy . Every guy looks like Tom Hardy in my eyes I get my pennies and crack on ha x

Same here. I would turn down client only if he turned up to be indescreete prick or arrogant. Indescreete men get their appoitment cancelled and I don't care if they are outside of my flat. Unfortunately too many weirdos and my safety comes first.

Also if he call or text with unimportant information before booking. I can understand that some guys get exited but I am not paid to talk with them about their childhood or weather before booking. :FF

Looks are irrelevant to me. The poor guy probably was just excited. If his hygiene was bad that would have been another matter, but some of the nicest people I have come across in this line of work have not been lookers.

Yes totally agree with this. Would never not turn away guys based on their looks.
Clean and respectful are a definite yes in my books.
I have seen many guys that are not attractive and sometimes obese, but are clean and have a personality so am more than happy to see them time after time.
If they smell horrendous there is not point in sending them in direction of shower and soap as they have no self respect and therefore will show no respect to us so what is the point?
Have you ever been in a shop when you walk past a guy who stinks and you hold your nose and feel nauseous? yes, probably - but you would not be intimate with him for any amount of money!

I highly doubt you meant to come across this way but I personally think you came across quite nasty and maybe even a bit self entitled in this post.

I bet the poor guy was nervous and I don’t understand what relevance the fisherman’s hat has? Am I missing something?! How does what he’s wearing affect the booking? Unless someones turns up in some flourescent outfit with bells and whistles on that draws large amounts of attention to your door, which I doubt the fisherman’s hat did.

Surely for a professional escort and someone who’s good at their job, what they look like wouldn’t affect how good a service you give? It’s not dating is it?

I have seen a few clients where I would much preferred to not have had to sleep with them (maybe an understatement) but providing they are nice, polite and clean I still give them the best service I can because that’s my job and I’m not so entitled to think that I should only have reasonably attractive clients.

If someone is clearly unclean and not looking after their personal hygiene, that is another matter altogether and yes I would turn someone away for that.

I really wish I had not been so honest in posting before  so removed the info.
I do feel bad now but at the time I just couldn't go ahead with the booking
It was nasty and I shouldn't behave like that towards client's.
I guess I'm the only one who's ever done that here on saafe
I didn't mention fisherman's hat on

No you're not chick, I've done it when I first started.  And I bet there are plenty others on here who also have but just won't post about it or admit it, just in case they are judged etc.

Escorting doesn't come with a guidebook or rules, we all find our own way and all work differently and that's ok.

We are not a charity or a public service. We do what we want, when we want.

We don't owe anyone our services.

Obviously, it's not great to inconvenience people, but if it happens once in a while, that's life.

I'm a terrible actress - at least my returning clients know I genuinely enjoy my time with them. I can't fake it. I don't usually even look out the window for clients as I'm usually busy getting ready but I do when I have a weird feeling about them on the phone.

Can't say I have turned away people because of how they have looked.I've turned people away en route because they have started asking inappropriate questions or have been arsing about when I've been directing them and made me feel very uncomfortable once or twice.Have terminated bookings due to bad manners or poor hygiene but not because of how they are dressed or because they are fat.Always I have made it clear why I have made a decision to not see i.e I'm leaving it there because I don't appreciate you asking me my tit size over the inercom or whatever.
Clothing comes off anyway so why would it be a problem?

Only once something similar happened to me, but he wasn't really bad looking, and it certainly wasn't looks for me, it was his hygiene and teeth, or lack of them, and his breath. he had about 3 really rotten brown teeth (so i guess you could say looks here!) and his house was full of animal faeces and smelt so bad, he led me upstairs to a filthy single bare mattress with stains on it and a naked poster of Jordan on the wall and i went into the bathroom after being given the money and i had a talk to myself about whether i could go through with this, i was so scared as this was my first year of working back when i was 18 but i mustered my courage, and gave him back his money and told him i just couldnt go through with it, and ran like lightning out to my car! i just felt so dirty there and sooo sorry for the poor animals that lived there too. I was also flabbergasted that some one could invite an escort round and expect her to not bat an eyelid at such filthy conditions! it didn't help that he kept calling himself a ladies man and a jack-the-lad too... generally i don't care about looks its all about how they treat me theres usually something nice and attractive about someone!

Would turn away somebody for bad hygiene but as long as he is pleasant I wouldn’t care what he looked like.

I would turn someone away if he had bad hygiene or was very obese
