Hello ladies! Have missed you all the past couple of weeks, have been having a reet good time catching up with everything!

This will be unsurprising to those of you whom I spoke with a few weeks ago - I am already outgrowing agency life! And I have a cheeky question for you...

A few weeks ago, I paid a photographer (via my agency) for some photos to be done, for the agency website.  To be fair this was only ?50 and was paid directly to the photographer and the pics aren't bad.  My question is - do you reckon I could photoshop the agency logo from these and use them as my AW pics? I can't see any reason why not but just wanted to find out if this was anything worse than brazen!

Yes, the position in the UK is now that the photographer owns the copyright unless there's an agreement that says otherwise.

Was there such an agreement? If not, can you could ask the photographer for permission / to lose the agency logo?

If you paid for them then im sure its not a problem for him to send you them without the logo? Unless the agency partly paid for it i dont see what the issue would be
