I just ordered one wig from IMSTYLE wigs. Usually it's lace front wigs, good quality and cost approx 40-45 pounds but looks way better than fancy costume type shops wig.

Hi girls

I'm thinking of getting a new profile and getting a blonde wig. I'm white as I know many black girls wear wigs(in my personal life)

Has anyone does this.
I want a wig that looks real
Most of the above posts cover this :)

I’m just looking at the IMSTYLE ones, there’s some nice ones but what do you do with the lace at the front, all the models show it hanging halfway down the face, surely that’s not the finished look?

You cut it along the hairline so it lines up to yours. You can then secure lace front/full lace wigs by using got2b hair gel (yellow) one and the hair spray along your hairline and it sticks for a long day of fucking.

If your black / mixed race and want wigs

I can recommend the following on line stores in the UK Afro Styling loads of choice and most wigs are around £40
They do do some wigs for European hair but it’s mainly for Afro hair

If your buying in Bulk and know exactly what you want then I can reccomend the following on line shops
NY Hair Mall
Elevate Styles
Diva Tresses
Ebony Line
Sams Beauty

When buying from the states wigs you will pay £50-£60 in the uk can be bought for around £20
I’ve bought loads of various pieces  from these places over the years and delivery had always been quick.
Only thing Is you have to pay for shipping and then there is custom tax of anything between 30 -50 deepening on what you buy so it can push the price up

But because of the customs and postage fees from America its only worth it if you buy quite a bit of stuff at least 6-8 units
Or if your going on holiday to the states  order it to be sent to your hotel to avoid shipping and customs fees

I wear extensions at the moment. Clip ins as my hair is so thin I like to wear them as they give it more of a full look. Clip ins are starting to become impractical as proved time and time again by clients who tug at my hair despite multiple warnings that I hate it.

Do any of you wear hair extensions. Are micro rings a good option? I was told that they’re the worst for hair. But I like the idea of them as if client tugs at my hair I’m not worried half of it going to fall out Hehehehe.

I've never worn hair extensions but my friend does them for a living, and she has nano rings in her own hair (she is white). Her hair looks great and when she has had the extensions out (which is rare) her hair still looks lovely and thick, not patchy or thinned out etc.

I'm taking the plunge and wearing wigs for work - partly because it helps me separate myself from work persona but also because I can try out different styles. Does anyone else wear a wig and if so are you upfront in your ads? Or maybe they can't tell the difference? Do they stay in place? Any tips for a successful wiggy session? I have my first wig, it's a really nice wavy number but I'm not used to them. I think I need a little nudge of confidence!

No once notices. I have 20 plus.
I don't let them touch my head which isn't hard to do.
It's not something I mention in ads as it's none of their business.

I'd suggest you may need at least 2 to start with.
One for 'clean' jobs and one for messy as you may get spunk or pussy-cocky hands on it.
