It's designed to put escorts off advertising, basically, especially as it's also been used so many times by US police trying to arrest escorts that it's no wonder people often demand references from potential clients.
craigslist is on my shit-list right now. alot of escorts stopped advertising once they had started charging (atleast its what I heard, when I first got on craigslist you needed to pay). The ran them all away because they were afraid using CC# info would lead to easier arrest. I never thought much about it, guess it just depends on how you market yourself e.g. sex for cash...I never indicated any offer for sex. Im glad I didnt get stung either.
But still, its a ripoff as its too expensive, not enough clients, and you cant charge more than 150 if you expect to get work. Its just America's way of putting yet another hurdle in the way of desperate souls like myself who could sell their looks and personalities in exchange for funds. ok, I admit that last line was a bit dramatic, but you get my drift?
Anyways, today I called the directory's office and told them about whats going on, they gave me a couple of pointers...but otherwise said everything else on my ad is good. The one I have up now as my website, well I cant describe much about what I enjoy sexually because they edit all the "explicit and suggestive stuff". I would like to say "I like oral pleasure, and being a top, and am also great having it the other way around", but they say its too 'suggestive' and edit it. What gives?
