I see rooms advertised at a daily rate. They are straightforward. You just turn up and pay then sit there all day and get as many as you can.

Then I see the Central London rooms who charge per hour.

So how does that work with all the time wasting clients there are these days. If a client phones to book you at 2 then you phone to book the room then arrive at the room and he doesn't turn up are you liable to pay for that hour.

From renter's point of view they could also turn down that hour for another lady who gets a no show.

If you arrive at the room and he doesn't show are you allowed to sit in the place and try and get someone else.

Or if you wanted to work all day are you allowed to sit there all day and pay for how many hour customers show or are you expected to go out?

Am thinking those rooms would be good if you only get one or two clients but 3 or more aren't you better off renting your own apartment?

Can anyone clarify?
I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

If I was to rent rooms is it wrong to charge a girl who makes no money?

May be looking after a nice penthouse in Glasgow for someone soon. He says he just can't rent it out at moment. Apparently a lot of places in Glasgow sit empty so not like London.

He is happy for me to look after it and rent room to ladies.

I am loathed to take money from a lady who makes no money or earns just enough to pay room.

Any thoughts?

Lottie, we're not here to help people make money out of sex workers, whether or not they are sex workers themselves.

It isn't a function of the forum to advise anyone on how to let their flats or rooms and managing property isn't the topic in hand - what anybody charges and how is their own concern. I'm sure there will be people who have suggestions and opinions on this, but they'll have to send them by PM.

Locked.
