yes that;s fine and all but i just want to know why they still do it when I specifically ask them to call? I tel them to call me when they are outside but yet they text. I don't get it. I am not always with phone in hand so if I do hear a text come through and I'm not with my phone I wouldn't run to read it as I would assume it's a new client and there is no point in doing the whole "please call me to arrange appointment thing" as I know I am expecting someone else to call me to let me know when he is outside. disobeying instructions is so not polite  I know they probably don't mean anything by it but it doesn't hurt to use their brain sometimes.
