Ever feel like your advertising is just never right?
« on: 16 December 2010, 07:19:21 pm »
Lately I've been doing some revamps to my advertising. But Im finding it a bit hard because it just seems like whatever I say, or my pictures, or something just isn't 'enough'. I mean, its not about things being slow and not getting clients...but whenever I do mention it someone always says, "well maybe if you had marketed yourself better, or maybe you should advertise as a top, or maybe your wording, change your wording because its not sounding attractive enough." It just always seem like it's me me me...yet I've been doing this for going on 2 years, What am I supposed to write like? Hemmingway and a theme for a porn movie?

It just feels discouraging that when I think my ad is okay...people are like, "you didn't market yourself good enough"  >:(

I dont know what you should write..though i have learnt boys never read it over here anyway ha!

I've been working in the adult industry for about 2 and half years now and I know I've survived by working hard and contantly re-assesing what im doing, what can i change, what can be done to make things better. The answers always there you just have to stop at take a look around at what you can do.

I don't see anything wrong in your advertising. You know how it is, you can't please them all, there will always be people who say you're not good, no matter what you do.  People compliment  me sometimes on my advertising but that doesn't mean that there aren't people who doesn't like it at all. If you're getting enough clients as a result of your ads, don't worry about it, it must be working fine then.
