Hello,

Yes i have used self defence on a couple of guys, thats if you could call it self defense, i kicked one guy in the face with my stillettos on and with another i have threatened him with pepper spray and shoved him out of the door. Im not a voilent person at 5'2 size 8 and weighing in at 8 stone i couldnt really do much damage even if i tried but being scared does funny things to people.

Love N' Hugz.

One of the first things any decent 'self defence' course teaches you is that it's not about hitting people, it's ideally about avoiding getting into the situation where you have to.

This is a perfect example of this...

OMG, how did you get into that situation?

No matter how careful you are in life, at some point you'll come across someone and a ass-beat down will be necessary. I was told back in school that; learn how to fight, don't let anyone hit on me, etc. ect.

Im just laughing about xxxtiny...she kicked a ***** in the face with heels. Dayum!

I don't believe that. I am 25 and I've never had to lay a finger on anyone yet...

I'm also going to challenge the need for that too, but let me expand my comment a bit. After the basic point about self defence, a decent course will give you practice in physical techniques that give you the confidence that, if it does come to hitting someone, you can do so. ut again, part of what that confidence does is show prior to it getting physical... and that in itself may avoid the need for it to do so. If I think you're not an easy target, I am going to find someone who is.

See Richard Pryor Live in Concert, particularly the section about what to do when confronted by someone with a knife.

Put my months of leg presses and calf stands to work. Either kick him in the balls or run like hell or both!
