Becoming a little bit of a loner and not trusting men? 

Yes, definitely!  I absolutely second that...

? I sometimes  and wonder in amazement that there is such a huge number of utter contemptuous twats in my local area - and that they must be walking amongst us  I shudder at the thought of unknowingly dating one of these types in the future at some point. 
 

Oh god, me too! When I?m having a bad day I just despair at the thought of ever re-entering the dating game just in case I meet one of these twats. And then there are the pervs who ask for all sorts of stuff I wouldn?t dream of doing in my private life. Trouble is they don?t exactly advertise their deviances on their foreheads, so I could go out on a date with someone who seemed OK only to find they are totally not right for me sexually. Even the ones who I could be sexually compatible with, so many of them don?t have a fucking clue how to make love well and can?t follow simple instructions to become better lovers. They just do as you ask for a few seconds then revert to their tried and tested ways of (not) getting women off 

Having to be secretive and lie to people about what I do really is hard at times and can be isolating
