I have eczema and on days when I use clients I use Diprobase as it is non-scented. I get paranoid using anything scented when with clients in case their partner smells something suspicious.
Every skin is different, and it takes me ages to find something that works, then it stops working. But diprobase is great. A huge tub for only a few pounds.

I also put baby oil on in the shower, fabulous in place of shaving foam which irritates and dries out my skin, also great for when you're shaving a lot as that doesn't help with eczema. But the oil is great for locking in the moisture. You need to make sure you slap on your moisturiser within a couple of mins of getting out the bath/shower and massage it in properly, not just a quick rub.
I used to get it quite bad but changing your diet, avoiding dairy and general rubbish, drinking loads of water, really does clear it up!
Also, even when your skin feels "normal" keep moisturising, that's why mine always dries up again, I think "yay no more moisturising! I'm normal!" Then it dries up again because I didn't moisturise.
Nowadays I only get a patch here and there and its barely noticeable. You need to moisturise from the inside out! Water is the way forward.
I wouldn't have two baths a day though that's not great for eczema. If you're working obviously you need to shower but a quick body clean and a thorough wash of your naughty bits is enough. Avoid shower gels etc unless you're super dirty (I use e45 shower wash) and wash your hair separately, the shampoo running down your body will dry out your skin.
