I always used to reply to dickheads because I need to have the last say!!  >:(

I have now learnt to not rise to the timewasters game, because that is how they win!

If they ask for something outlandish like travelling or 3some etc, say your all booked up, so they know, that your not desperate for cash.
If they don't turn up for a booking, don't even communicate. They will be sat at home, knowing your all in your suspenders. Make them feel irrelevant.

Replying to tw's always opens the gates for verbal abuse and threats. Don't rise to the fight. What do we gain from it?

I really do not want to push my way of working on to others.  This business is so diverse and there isn?t one right way.  Personally, though I too would either ignore an obviously ridiculous message or answer it briefly and politely.  I like a quiet and as stress free life as possible.  So I rather bite my tongue and let stuff roll over me.  Why provoke unnecessary strife and be antagonistic?  I also want to minimise risks.  To me a short-lived sense of victory over a timewaster just isn?t worth the potential grief.  I am not meek or paranoid just aware that I?m potentially more vulnerable than some anonymous keyboard fantasist.

Just like on the internet. Do not feed the trolls I saw something today that reminded me of this thread so I will fraped it to fit.

Arguing with a timewaster is like playing chess with a pigeon. You may have used you superior intellect to beat them but they will still shit all over the place and strut about like they have won. Haha
