Been doing this for coming upto 3 years. Last year and the start of this year was probably my biggest earning time. I was making a lot and absolutely loving it, my phone didn’t stop ringing. The last 3-4 months have been crap. I usually do 5-6 days in London once a month and that’s my main earner, I would hit roughly 5k. I didn’t even make half of that last month. I went Birmingham on Monday and didn’t get one phone call all day which is very very unusual.

I’m a BBW and advert myself as such so I’m not sure if that’s a reason why things are slowing down?

A lot depends on where you live as well as photos.

I tick over but for some reason only getting local clients. Usually I see those from up and down the m1 as I live near a handy junction. I swear I have not seen any for two months. I usually find out which area they are from as part of the social pleasantries but these guys appear to have vanished!

The cost of living crisis won't be helping so that may be why there is less business.

I find I get spurts of busy but other than that just tick along but I am low volume on the whole.

No I haven't found that, the opposite infact when you've had time to build up a good amount of regulars.
I think the slow down in the last cple of months has more to do with the current economic situation and uncertainty as to what's coming at the end of the month, especially in less affluent areas of the country.

Would echo this. I don’t have a problem earning money ever and I’m finding it very dead all over uk. The current situation with cost of living and the budget coming up and Xmas looming I feel like it’s gone dead.

I've been working almost twenty four years, and the only real differences have been in the way I've worked. Before I lived in London I used to come down once or twice a month amd while I was busy 99% of the time there was always the occasional crap trip & everybody gets them!

Which sites are you using to advertise? A good revamp and some new pictures can work wonders, blogs help (in my experience, although they're not for everyone - I copy mine onto AW too once I've edited out all the bits that break their many rules) and trying different areas; are you going to the same place every time? If so are you getting regulars coming back every time or is it mostly newbies - regulars will follow you across town provided you don't go too far, and if you do.you can build pockets of new ones
