Absolutely, it’s the best job I’ve ever had  ;D. The freedom of working for myself pretty much trumps everything. It means that I get to call my day off if I need to, for whatever reason, in a way that I couldn’t when I worked an office job, I’m not beholden to a boss or co-workers and I sometimes even get to meet interesting people and have good sex while I’m at it  >:D .

Of course there are challenges, but for me it’s so much emotionally easier to manage than the challenges that come with working in an office or for a company. If I don’t like something or I need personal time, I have the luxury of getting to self-manage in accordance with my own needs.

I love it, I work two days a week and on one of them days my kids sleep out anyway and the other day their in school so I’m more or less always there for them. Before I started escorting a year ago I wasn’t struggling but found there was always something I needed to save for birthday/Christmas/trips etc so never really had extra to spend on myself or my house, my kids are spoilt off me and their dad so every penny went on them. But since escorting so much has changed, I’ve been able to decorate the house top to bottom, treated myself plenty and been on lots more trips.

Mostly I enjoy it as most of the clients I’ve seen now book me weekly/fortnightly so it’s helped my confidence which I struggled with beforehand. Of course not every client is a good one but I’ve been lucky really up to now. I have a few regulars who I’m really attracted to so never feels like a “job”

When work is busy I love it and Im buzzing, but when my phone gets dusty or I have a really bad booking ie look and walk, boundary pusher etc it really affects me and I find it hard to keep myself motivated...

Not when all I get is £50 quickie in 4 hours.  I end up turning off my phone at 1 pm then.

Then I kick myself and put it back on an hour later to realise I have lost out on work lol.

It was a bad day yesterday two cancellations the ups and downs are too much sometimes!

When I started out I enjoyed it.  It was an adventure, and exciting and I was going places and making money.  After a time I got my own place and started incalls.  This was a different experience and I got to prefer it as I had more things to hand and could entertain my way.

By the time I retired I had stopped enjoying it so much.  Every dog has it's day :)

Sometimes my day starts really slow and all of a sudden, like buses, they all phone at once, and before you know it then it’s been a good day financially, never ever switch your phone off when you show as available, it’s silly but I’ve done it myself because it gets frustrating.

I enjoy:

1. The money

2. working from home

3. starting work at what time I want and finishing when I want.

4. Taking a week off a month

5. some of my clients

I do. Despite the drawbacks, I do enjoy it. I enjoy the freedom that it gives me, and being my own boss and the chance that it gives me to pursue other ventures if and when I please.
I may not feel that way in five years time, and that's fine. But at the moment I am happy with it.
