The majority of the time i like to get false nails as my natural nails have no length as when they do they break and are not in the greatest condition but because i get false nails so much im having a break from them at the moment as ive had false nails for about 6months straight and its not the best for my nails so now i have my toenails painted and very short fingernails with clear polish or a nice colour but i need to let my nails rest because too much false nails is damaging them .. :)

Yes I always keep my nails painted! I keep them quite short though as I hate long nails but I go every 10 days / 2 weeks to my nail place and have my fingers and toes done in shellac. It costs me about ?40 a time but the shellac doesn't chip and stays very shiny so looks great, means I don't have to do it myself and I like being pampered every so often. Win - win :)

If you can afford it and want to spend the money, I definitely recommend shellac.

Shellac here, and thank God for shellac which doesn't ruin your nails and if you find a good place you can get almost three weeks out of it! 

My toe nails I do myself LOL as I can't bear someone touching my feet LOL - bad enough clients and all the foot fetish stuff I do!
