Absolute nightmare booking yesterday and I wish I could afford to cancel today's 1.5hr booking following on from it.
First of all, the day before he emailed me to confirm the number he should call me on on arrival. On the day, he's emailing me telling me my phone is off and he can't get through. It wasn't off.
After 10mins of pissing about I asked him if he had the right number and sent my number again and he had completely the wrong number

I give him the clear as day instructions to come in, it takes four attempts to get him in on the intercom, after the 4th attempt I answered and asked him what he was doing and he said the door wouldn't open. I highly doubt that but whatever. Why not just ring me and tell me there's a problem instead of just ringing it over and over again so the neighbours can hear and I'm stood here wondering wtf he's doing???
Then he finally arrives at my door, I open it and he immediately starts laughing SOO loudly cause obviously it was HILARIOUS that he'd wasted 20mins of my time being so incompetent. Heck, we may aswell invited all the neighbours to come out and join in the laugh aswell he was that loud!!!! What happened to discretion?!

So I started the booking incredibly pissed off but then sometimes on the rare occasion something like this happens I end up feeling bad cause they turn out to be really nice. Not this one, he was a complete and utter creep just to add to the 20mins of pratting around and did pretty much everything he could that would piss me off.
I'm seriously considering asking today's booking to rearrange now as I've got bookings coming up all weekend and I'm exhausted.
