A client who I've seen before booked me for 2pm. I then got a text at 1:01pm cancelling the booking - one minute after I had taken 100mg of Viagra (a double dose because I'd had problems with this guy last time).

Not that I'm aware of. Its fine; it doesn't keep me solid the whole time - just makes you like a teenager again in terms of arousal. So as long as nobody smiles at me...

Because they just thump away endlessly like the Duracell bunny without getting anywhere and it's really bloody boring. Plus the ones who turn up with a sweat on and the red face I'm always convinced they're going to have a heart attack or something 

Plus it doesn't work for everybody, and I've had a few get frustrated and angry when it didn't (which is understandable, but doesn't make it OK to take it out on me).

Do you need to take Viagra Alex every time you get a booking? I suppose it must be hard work trying to get hard if you don't like or are not attracted to the client. I suppose if the client is not touching you up your need to do it yourself otherwise the booking might become harder.

I suppose least with women we can pretend we are enjoying it when we are not and most clients would not know either way.

This varies from guy to guy but, personally? I take 50mg of Viagra an hour before every single booking. This is partly because I'm a particular type of guy that leads to 90% of my clients being bottoms. People that book me see (amongst other things) an above average penis in the photos and since that's typically one of the main reasons they book me, I'd feel uncomfortable risking not having a fully fledged erection.

To a certain extent for a man, sexual confidence is massively tied up to the ability to get fully hard. I have occasional erectile dysfunction problems anyway even in my personal life (which is how I have a prescription for the stuff - though admittedly, I actually told my GP that I am a rentboy half way through that conversation), so as soon as it feels like its gonna go soft, it tends to be a foregone conclusion. I see a lot of quite nervous guys, and as far as I am concerned, I'm being paid to be the confident guy in the room. Viagra removes the main source of potential anxiety and enables me to play that role better.

BTW, this happened I got a last minute booking before it wore off. So I'm less grumpy now. 

I managed to stay 100% erect (you could have bounced a penny off it the whole time) from 11:15 through till about 5:30am. This is a new personal record for me.

That long is getting risky for damaging the penis. Blood that stays in the penis doesn't get more oxygen, and tissue that doesn't get enough oxygen for too long ends up damaged or worse.

The only problematic part of V for me is that clients usually want me to cum during a booking. Its doable, but it damn sure is only going to happen if I bring myself there, no matter what people tell you about your skillz.
